LaGuardia Airport is undergoing an $8 billion infrastructure development phase to modernize the 80 years old airport located in Queens, New York. All the improvements and renovations are happening while keeping the airport fully operational. The new LaGuardia Airport shall be a Modern Facility geared towards passenger satisfaction and will provide world-class amenities, advanced security, iconic public art, better transportation facilities, and added airside taxiways to reduce flight delays.

JPCL has been retained as a sub-consultant to provide quality assurance and special inspections and material testing services for this project to ensure adherence to required regulations and specifications. These services' scope includes Mechanical Systems, Energy Code Compliance, Fire Protection Systems, and Quality Assurance for making structural steel components. These include welding and bolting and nondestructive testing (NDT) such as Ultra Sonic and Magnetic Particle Testing.
